Welcome to the Schools section!

 


The information you will find in this section is about real people, who are going about their everyday lives, just like you and me.  The difference is that these are people who had the misfortune to be born into abject poverty.  But they have moved out of hopelessness and despair, and they are now living lives where they feel valued.  They have identified their own needs, as individuals, households and neighbourhood groups.

  • What are the basic needs of a human being?

  • What are the needs of a community?

  • How can a community structure itself to take notice of its weakest, most vulnerable members?
