This chart shows a full list of the programmes operated by the Project, separated into the three main components.  Of course, the Project uses an integrated approach, which means that many programmes address several different needs.  Some examples of this cross-over are shown at the bottom of the table.

 

Community Development (CD)

1.Community organization and awareness creation
Human development by conscientizing the community through:
a) Regular community meetings
b) Group interactive discussions (i.e regular neighborhood meetings monthly and quarterly)
c) Individual mentoring (e.g. of Education Extension Workers, 'EEWs')
METHODOLOGY - Brainstorming, role play, sketches etc.

2.Child and Youth Programmes 
2.1 EDUCATION
a1)  Kindergarten 3-6 year olds
a2)  Mentally Retarded Children (included in the same complex)
b)  Elementary, Junior High School and skill training.
c)  Literacy with "Big Sister-Big Brother" educating illiterate school age children up to 14 years of age and helping 8th Grade students prepare for National examinations
d)  Library Service
 

2.2 YOUTH REHABILITATION AND SKILL TRAINING
a)  Rehabilitation, Correction and Counseling of young people with anti-social and deviant behavior
b)  Vocational Training to give employment opportunity
 

2.3 EDUCATIONAL & RECREATIONAL PROGRAMME
a) Youth Centre for sport, drama, music and cafeteria
b)Moral ethical education once a week
 

3. Old People
a) Day Care - includes the provision of basic necessities like one meal a day and basic medical service – also care for the homebound.
